Refund Policy

If a video generation fails for any reason — including AI model errors, timeouts, or inability to process an uploaded file — the full number of reserved credits is automatically returned to your account balance. No action is required on your part.

We generally do not offer cash refunds on purchased credit packs. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
