What is the Nicole Kidman dance?
It is a TikTok routine to the hook of "Nicole Kidman", the second track on ADÉLA's debut album PRIMA, released on 4 September 2026. On 10 September dancer Kyler Irby (@ky.manson) posted it with two friends in a driveway; that clip has 2.9 million plays, and the remakes credit him with "dc: @Kyler Irby". Nicole Kidman is not in it: the dance is named after the song, which ADÉLA wrote after a tight corset at a Golden Globes party made her feel like the actress. Then AI took over, with ragdoll cats, kittens and grandmas doing the flex.
Template motion: the original 13.6-second routine posted by Kyler Irby (@ky.manson) on 10 September 2026. Sound: the trend's stretch of ADÉLA's "Nicole Kidman" from that clip. @ky.manson on TikTok
Why it uses a reference video
The routine is about 14 seconds of exact moves, and a text prompt alone invents its own dance. This generator uses the original clip as the motion guide and films it again with the people or pets from your photos, so every beat lands where it does in the original. Because the model is billed for that reference clip too, a video costs more credits than our other templates.

Make the Nicole Kidman Dance AI trend yourself: what the prompt needs
This is a fixed routine, so a text prompt gets the moves wrong. Use a model that takes a reference video as well as photos, such as Seedance 2.0, with the original 14-second clip as the motion guide.
- Say how many dancers: The original has three. For a solo, say the two side dancers are removed, or the model adds strangers next to you.
- Map photos to places: Say which photo is left, centre and right, and that each keeps their own face and clothes.
- Protect the spin: Faces melt during the spin at 11 seconds. Ask for faces to stay sharp and unchanged through it.
- Pets stand up: For a cat or dog, say it dances upright on its hind legs and uses its front paws as hands.
- Add the song after: Generate clean motion, then lay the song from the first frame so the kiss lands on "Nicole".

How to Do the Nicole Kidman Dance
How to do the Nicole Kidman dance to ADÉLA's song, with AI and one photo: who made the routine, the 14 seconds beat by beat, solo, duo, trio and pet versions, the do-it-yourself method and the mistakes to avoid.
Photo tips for Nicole Kidman Dance
- Use a full-body photo if you can: the camera shows the dancers from head to feet, so the model needs your build and your outfit.
- One person or pet per photo, face clearly visible. For a duo or trio, upload a separate photo of each dancer, not one group photo.
- Whatever you wear in the photo is what you dance in. For a cat or dog, use a photo where the whole animal is visible.
Who to cast
- You and your two best friends, as a trio
- Your cat, doing the flex on its hind legs
