Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Video Trend ("the Service") at aivideotrend.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AI Video Trend provides AI-powered video generation tools. Users upload images, videos and text prompts to generate short video clips using third-party AI models. Generated videos are stored for a maximum of 7 days.

• You must only upload images and content you have the legal right to use.
• You must not upload images of minors.
• You must not impersonate real people, especially public figures, in a deceptive or harmful way.
• You must not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
• You must not attempt to circumvent content moderation or rate limits.

• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and never expire.
• Credits are reserved ("frozen") when a generation is started and charged only on successful completion.
• Failed or cancelled generations result in a full refund of reserved credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store card details.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all submitted content. We do not claim ownership of generated videos.

Uploaded files and generated videos are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically.

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output is not guaranteed to meet specific expectations. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
