What is the Hop Hop Hop / Gabi trend?
This two-person dance pairs a foreground reaction with three hops behind it. A cut on the beat swaps the dancers so both get a turn. It is also known as the Gabi trend, after @gabilagaba's twin post. The October 2026 examples below show the same structure in bedrooms, cosplay outfits and an animated parking lot.
Third-party motion reference: @pouzato7's animated parking-lot post. The display copy carries aivideotrend.net branding; it is not a video generated on this site. The gallery records an October 30, 2026 snapshot of the trend. @pouzato7 on TikTok
The sound behind the hops
The trend uses a sped-up Russian hook commonly called ‘Её парень’ (‘Her Boyfriend’), credited on TikTok to @venadeaakira. The original release date and complete lyrics have not been independently verified. Keep the reference sound, or turn it off and choose the platform's sound when posting.
What this template keeps
The fixed phone camera, night lighting, staggered positions, three hops and single swap guide the remake. Your uploaded subjects replace the animated pair and keep their own clothes or fur markings. The model is given the source clip with a request to exclude its character designs. Timing and likeness can vary.

如何制作 Hop Hop Hop 视频
Choose the cast
Select Two friends, Twins or You and a pet. Use one photo per subject, with permission.
Add the photos
Slot 1 points first. Slot 2 hops first; leave it empty for twins. Full-body or knees-up photos help.
Choose sound and quality
Keep the reference soundtrack or select No song. Check the displayed credit price.
Generate and review
Check that both identities survive the cut and that the background subject has room to hop. Download the MP4 and identify it as AI-generated when sharing.
自己做 Hop Hop Hop AI 趋势：prompt 要写什么
For a manual remake, separate identity, staging and timing in the prompt. A motion-reference model is better suited to the swap than a single-image animation.
- Two identities: Assign each photo a role and preserve it across the cut; one photo means exactly two identical copies.
- Fixed framing: Night parking lot, front-right waist-up subject, back-left full-body subject; feet stay in frame.
- One deliberate cut: Ask for three hops, one hard cut around 4.4 seconds, then the other subject hopping. Avoid a walking transition.
- Separate the sound: Keep the supplied track as a separate edit, or add the platform sound after generation. A prompt cannot recreate a specific recording reliably.
